Abstract
|

|
Delirious mania, or Bell´s mania, is a relatively rare, grave, form of mania characterized by severe clouding of consciousness.
Mood during delirious mania is very changing, sometimes anxiously despairing, distracted, erotic or ecstatic, sometimes irritable or unsympathetic and indifferent.
The extreme congitive and perceptual changes during delirious mania are primarily mainfested through clouding of consciousness, hanllucinations, delusions.
We experienced a case of delirious mania so we present here the case with a brief review.
